In order to become an EventEve member you must first register on our website. During this registration process you are required to provide your personally identifiable information, such as your name and e-mail address. Later, once you are a member you may provide additional information for your member profile such as gender, address, date of birth, preferences, interests and favorites. Providing additional information is optional, but allows you to identify yourself better and find relevant services at EventEve.

In order to invite others to view your EventEve page, you must provide EventEve with their email addresses. In order to send messages to your guests through EventEve, we require that you submit to EventEve current, valid email addresses for your guests. When you send messages to your guests, we collect and retain the email addresses or other pertinent contact information of those persons to whom you send the message. All information that you enter about these individuals will be covered by the same terms of this Privacy Policy as your own personally identifiable information. Even though we retain contact information about your guests, EventEve will not use these email addresses to send promotional communications, newsletters, or service announcements without your explicit permission. If a guest chooses to register with EventEve, that individual will be considered a EventEve member and may receive promotional communications, newsletters, and service announcements from EventEve according to the terms and conditions of this privacy policy.

If you directly disclose personal or sensitive information through EventEve public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. EventEve does not read any of your private online communications.

EventEve encourages you to read the privacy statements of web sites you choose to link to from EventEve so that you can comprehend how those web sites collect, use and share your information. EventEve is not responsible for the privacy statements or content on web sites outside of EventEve.
