Cucumber Sandwich

Ingredients
1 cucumber
225 gms cream cheese softened
3 Green onion tops,finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
slices of bread
Pinch of garlic salt
Pinch of pepper
Tabasco to taste

Instructions
Wash and grate the cucumber properly.
Drain the water of cucumber.
Mix cheese, mayonnaise, onion, tabasco, salt and pepper.
Add cucumber and mix well.
Spread on a bread slice and cover it with another slice.
Cucumber Sandwich is ready to be served!
