Ingredients Chicken 15 no. Butter 20g Macaroni 2 cups Plain Flour 1/4 cup Sour Cream 300 mL Chicken Stock 1 cup Cheese(grated) 1 cup Parsley(chopped) 1 tbsp Instructions Brush chicken with butter melted for 20 seconds on high. Cook for 35-37 minutes on Medium high, turning halfway through cooking. Cool. Place macaroni in a large bowl. Cover with hot water. Cook for 20-25 minutes on high or until pasta is tender. Drain. Remove flesh from chicken. Mix together plain flour, sour cream and chicken stock. Combine chicken, macaroni and sauce mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and cook for 6-7 minutes on meduim high. Sprinkle with Parsley. Serve immediately with a tossed salad.

Ingredients Pasta 1 Packet Tomatoes 6-7 Pureed Parsely Chopped Chilli Fkakes 1 Tsp Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tbsp Salt to taste Parmesan Cheese to taste Oregano 1 Tsp Garlic 5-6 Flakes Chopped Instructions Boil the pasta in ample water and 1 tsp salt. When done strain excess water and wash the pasta in cold water. Keep aside. In a sauce pan, heat olive oil and add chilli flakes and chopped garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add chopped parsley and mix well for few seconds. Now add pureed tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from fire and mix the sauce with pasta sprinkle oregano and mix well. Garnish with cheese and serve immediately.

Ingredients Cabbage 100 gms Carrot 100 gms Cauliflower 100 gms Onions 2 nos Green Chillies 4 nos Ginger(chopped) 1 tsp Salt to taste Garlic Flakes 4 nos Ajinomoto 1 tsp Soya Sauce 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup 2 tsp Vinegar 2 tsp Cornflour 1 cup Flour(maida) 1/2 cup Ghee for frying For Gravy : Tomato 3-4 nos Onions(chopped) 1/2 cup Ginger 2 tsp Garlic 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp Chilli Sauce 2 tsp Vinegar 2 tsp Soya Sauce 1 tsp Corn Flour 2 tsp Instructions Finely chop all the vegetables. Grind ginger and garlic finely. Mix all the vegetables in a large bowl. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, ajinomoto and mix it well. Add flour (maida), cornflour and mix well. Prepare balls from it. Heat ghee in a pan and deep fry manchurian balls. Heat ghee in a pan. Add onions and saute it for 2-3 mins. Add ginger, garlic (finely chopped), green chillies. Add tomatoes to it. Cook it for 2 mins. and then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and cook it until ghee starts separating from mixture. Add 2 cups water. Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup water and add it to the pan. Add manchurian balls after 3-4 minutes. Cook on a low flame for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
