Base the competition on a current festive theme or a social cause.
Announce the venue, date & time duration.
Provide sheets and colours to all participants.
Alternatively, you ask participants to bring their own set of colours.
Let the talent search program begin.
In the end, invite a respected elder person(s) to announce the winners and hand out prizes to the budding artists.
