How to play Musical Chair

Musical chair is quite popular as a game that can engage people from all age groups.

Count the number of people who will play the game.
Arrange chairs, one less than the number of players, in a row or circle.
One person, apart from those playing the game, stands by the music system. He/she plays and unexpectedly stops the music anytime.
The players have to walk in a queue around the chairs when the music is on.
The moment music stops, all the players have to try to be seated on a chair. To be seated, players either have to grab a chair nearest to them, or move forward to find an unoccupied chair. Moving in reverse order is not allowed.
The player left standing is out of the game.
Again, the music starts and the whole process is repeated, until only one person is left sitting.
The person left sitting at the end of the game is declared as the winner and awarded.
