Ingredients
Rice 500gms
Carrots 2-3 nos
Onions 3nos
French Beans 250gms
Tomatoes 400gms
Ghee 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tsp
Cottage cheese(paneer) 200gms
Instructions
Soak rice in water.
Boil tomatoes and peel its cover.
Heat oil in a pan and add onions to it.
Saute it till light pink and add rice, all vegetables to it and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add 250 ml of water to it and allow it to boil.
Then add tomaotoes (finely chopped), sugar, salt to it and heat it.
When rice gets cooked completely add mashed paneer to it and allow it to cook for further 7-8 mins. Serve hot.
