Ingredients
Thickened Ricotta Cheese(khoya, mawa) 400 gms
Tomatoes 500 gms
Green Chillies 4 nos
Ghee 300 gms
Curd 250 gms
Popped Lotus Seeds(makhane) 400 gms
Ginger 50 gms
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat a pan and add khoya to it. Heat it on low flame. Make sure it does not turn red.
Heat oil in another pan and fry popped lotus seeds (makhane).
Boil tomatoes in 2 cups of water. And make puree out of it.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and saute it.
Now add tomato puree, curd, khoya, salt and fried popped lotus seeds (makhane) and saute it for 5-6 mins.
Add water as required and heat it again.
Remove from flame when cooked completely.
Serve with roti/naan.
