Ingredients
250 gm Paneer
2 Onions (Sliced)
1 Capsicum (Sliced)
1/2 Cup tomato puree
2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 Cup fresh Cream
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Sugar (optional)
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan, add onions and capsicum.
Cook for 2 min.
Then add tomato puree, fresh cream, salt, garam masala and red chili powder.
Cook for 1 min.
Cut paneer into cubes and add to the masala. Mix well.
You can add 1/2 tsp sugar if you want sweet and sour taste.
Cook again for 2 min.
Paneer Pasanda is ready!
