Pineapple Mocktail

Ingredients
Cocktail shaker
Ice
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. sugar
3 pineapple chunks
1 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. mineral water
Chilled glass
Cherry or pineapple slice (optional)

Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. The ice will chill the drink as it is being shaken.
Pour the honey into the shaker.
Add the sugar and pineapple chunks to the shaker.
Pour the pineapple juice and mineral water into the shaker.
Shake the mixture well for 10 seconds to blend and chill it.
Pour the drink into a chilled glass.
Garnish the mocktail with a cherry or a pineapple slice if you desire.
Serve immediately.
