Cooking Time : 4 hours
Ingredients
Glucose Biscuit 2 packets
Water 1/2 cup
For Custard :
Milk 3 cup
Cream 200 gms
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Custard Powder
For Crunch :
Almonds 50 nos
Coffee Powder 1 tbsp
Sugar 3-4 tbsp
Corn Flour 3 tbsp
Milk 8 tbsp
Sugar(separately) 1/2 cup
Instructions
Make custard from custard powder and allow it to cool.
After it gets cooled completely add vanilla essence and cream to it.
Refrigerate it and allow it to cool.
Mix coffee, sugar (3-4 tbsp) and water together.
For making crunch, heat oil in a pan and add 1/2 cup sugar and almonds to it. Cook until it is brown in colour.
Grease a bowl with ghee and pour sugar and almonds mixture in it.
Take borosilicate plate.
Now Dip biscuits in the coffee mixture one by one.
Place the biscuits in a pan. Then pour half of the cold custard mixture on it.
Then place a layer of crunch on it. Then the layer of remaining custard. Repeat it until done completely.
Allow it to cool in refrigerator for 2-3 hours and serve.
