Ingredients
10-12 small florets Broccoli
2 medium Potatoes, boiled and cut into small cubes
100 gms Tofu, cut into small cubes
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 inch piece Ginger, cut into thin strips
1 Green chilli, sliced diagonally
1 tsp Coriander seeds, crushed
2 medium Onions, sliced
1 Tomato, sliced
2-3 Garlic, sliced
salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and saute.
Add coriander seeds and continue to saute’ till fragrant.
Add onions and continue to saute’. Add garlic and ginger and saute’ till lightly browned.
Add broccoli and salt and stir. Sprinkle a little water, cover and cook.
Add green chilli and cook till the broccoli is slightly cooked.
Add tofu (beancurd) cubes and toss.
Add potatoes and toss everything well. Add tomato and toss.
Cook for a minute or two and serve hot!
