Carrot Orange Mocktail

Ingredients
2 2/3 cups chilled Carrot juice
1 1/3 cups chilled Orange juice
1 sliced lemon
2 tsp lemon juice
4 tbsp Honey
5-6 fresh mint leaves
some crushed ice

Instructions
Place carrot juice, orange juice, lemon juice, honey and crushed ice in a blender.
Blend well. Pour into tall glasses.
Decorate with mint leaves and a lemon slice fixed onto the rim of each glass. Serve chilled.
