Mango Mocktail

Ingredients
2 oz. simple syrup
One mango
2 oz. lemon juice
One cup of ice
Lemon juice
One mango
Ice
Glassware
Simple syrup

Instructions
Slice and peel a fresh mango. Reserve one slice for garnish.
Put the mango, simple syrup, lemon juice and ice into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Drain the contents into a tall, chilled glass.
Garnish with the remaining mango slice and enjoy!
