Ingredients
Paneer(cut into pieces) 500 gms
Capsicum(diced) 1 big
Tomato(diced) 1 big
Onion(diced) 1 big
For Marinade:
Hung Curd 1 cup
Ground Mint Leaves(pudina leaves) 1 tbsp
Ground Coriander Leaves(dhania leaves) 1 tbsp
Green Chillies(paste) 4 nos
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Butter/Oil 1 tbsp
Cucumber 1 medium
Instructions
Cut the cheese (paneer) and vegetables into big pieces.
Mix all ingredients for marinade with cheese (paneer) and vegetable together and refrigerate for half an hour.
Place the cheese cubes and diced vegetables on the high rack on microwave safe flat dish/non-stick tawa/rotisserie and grill for 15-20 mins. till golden brown on all sides.
Reposition the marinated paneer and vegetables frequently and brush with oil.
Sprinkle chat masala and serve with cucumber-tomato salad and chutney.
