Italian -> Pasta Arrabiata

Ingredients
Pasta 1 Packet
Tomatoes 6-7 Pureed
Parsely Chopped
Chilli Fkakes 1 Tsp
Virgin Olive Oil 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Parmesan Cheese to taste
Oregano 1 Tsp
Garlic 5-6 Flakes Chopped

Instructions
Boil the pasta in ample water and 1 tsp salt.
When done strain excess water and wash the pasta in cold water. Keep aside.
In a sauce pan, heat olive oil and add chilli flakes and chopped garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
Then add chopped parsley and mix well for few seconds.
Now add pureed tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from fire and mix the sauce with pasta sprinkle oregano and mix well.
Garnish with cheese and serve immediately.
