Chinese -> Noodles

Ingredients
For Boiling :
Noodles 150 gms
Water 4 cups
Oil 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
For Frying :
Onions(sliced) 2 nos
Capsicums(sliced) 2 nos
Cabbage(shredded) 100 gms
Carrots(shredded) 2 nos
Beans(chopped) 50-75 gms
Garlic Flakes(chopped) 9-10 nos
Oil 2 tsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Ajinomotto a pinch
Salt & Black Pepper Powder to taste

Instructions
In a big microwave safe bowl add water, oil and salt boil for 7-8 mins. at 100% power.
Add noodles and boil for 6-7 mins. at 100% power. Stir in between.
Strain and wash under cold running water (to avoid stricking). Keep aside.
In another microwave safe bowl add oil microwave at 100% power for 30 secs.
Add all chopped vegetables and microwave for 4-5 mins. at 100% power. Stir in between.
Add soya sauce, tomato chilli sauce, vinegar and ajinomoto. Stir it.
Now add the boiled noodles to vegetables and stir it. Microwave for 1 min. at 80% power.
Serve hot with sauce and soup.
