Fruit Cream

Ingredients
Fresh Cream 1 Cup / 1 packet of Amul fresh cream
Sugar grounded 1/3 cup
Pineapple essence 1 Tsp
Banana 3
Mango 1-2
Apple 1 small
Pomegrenate 1/2
Strawberry 7-8
Pineapple 4 – 5 pieces
Dry fruits Handful (Optional)

Instructions
Take chilled fresh cream in a serving bowl and beat lightly for a minute so that no lump is there.
Now add crushed sugar and pinapple essence and mix well.
Cut mango, banana, apple, pineapple, strawberry into small pieces and add to the cream along with pomegranate seeds.
Mix well. Add little bit of cold milk if it is very thick.
Decorate with pineapple slices and pomegranate.
Sprinkle dry fruits and serve chilled!
