Ingredients
Chicken 15 no.
Butter 20g
Macaroni 2 cups
Plain Flour 1/4 cup
Sour Cream 300 mL
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Cheese(grated) 1 cup
Parsley(chopped) 1 tbsp
Instructions
Brush chicken with butter melted for 20 seconds on high.
Cook for 35-37 minutes on Medium high, turning halfway through cooking. Cool.
Place macaroni in a large bowl. Cover with hot water.
Cook for 20-25 minutes on high or until pasta is tender. Drain.
Remove flesh from chicken.
Mix together plain flour, sour cream and chicken stock.
Combine chicken, macaroni and sauce mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese and cook for 6-7 minutes on meduim high.
Sprinkle with Parsley.
Serve immediately with a tossed salad.
